You've published your manuscript. You've also made the rounds, attending book signings, festivals, conventions, and the like. And you have concluded a few things. First, books are hard to sell. Second, books get damaged and returned, and the effort seems way beyond the net number of sales you are making. And, third, the publisher didn't tell you that access to the "big box" stores meant that someone had to actually know the title of your book, and it had to be in the data base so it could be special ordered.
You need a new approach and access to a bigger market. You've read the articles and seen how more and more people are reading books electronically on digital readers like the Nook, iPad, and Kindle. And you think maybe you want to give that a try. That's where I can help.
I will convert your pdf or Word manuscript into epub and mobi formated digital books. I will prepare and create digital versions of your book in epub format for reading on an iPad, Nook, and eReader.
The finished product includes:
- a cross referenced table of contents
- validation in accordance with the idpf standard
- finished product in mobi format for reading on the Kindle
- finished product in epub format for reading on iPad and Nook
At that point, you can either take possession of the files, or have me create a website for you that will include:
- sales of your digital book in both formats through PayPal
- proceeds of sales credited thru PayPal directly to your bank account
- social media access buttons
- front and backend access to your website
